This article is for the customer who already have a FlashCX.ai enterprise license and an admin user is already setup. This article guides on how to onboard additional users. Follow these steps:


1. Go to FlashCX.ai and click on "Add to Slack" button as shown below

2. This will ask you to allow FlashCX.ai to connect with your Slack. Click "Allow" as shown below

3. This will take you to the "https://admin.flashcx.ai" login page. Please provide your email here. Make sure it is the same email that is connected to your Slack account. For the first time user the next screen will ask for name and password. The login will look like below:

4. Once logged in, you will see FlashCX.ai dashboard. In the main area, select "Freshworks" as your CRM. The url will be the one you use to login into Freshworks. It will be in the format either:

https://XXX.freshsales.io or https://XXX.freshworks.com (removed everything else after .io or.com). 


You will also require your API key as documented by Freshworks here


The overall screen will look like below.  If you do not use Freshdesk then leave that area empty. 


5. For Freshworks, click "Just save".

6. At this point, go to slack and give a try to command such as:

/contacts 


This should be working.
