This document outlines the step by step guide in order to get notification on Microsoft Teams when any change happen on Salesforce:

1. Open your Microsoft Teams and create a team

2. In your team, type @ then choose "FlashCX.ai bot" and click "add"

3. Create a channel in your team starts with name “FlashCX”

4. You are done! You will get updating notification when any changes happen on Salesforce
