FlashCX.ai offers a powerful functionality to analyze data quality issues in your Oracle CX Sales. This, however, need an easy additional configuration in the workspace. Here are the simple steps:
1. Go to setup and maintenance
2. Search for workspace
3.Open Configure Worspace search Task. Navigate to "Setup" and go to "Advanced" tab.
4. Scroll through the list and look for "Number of Employees" and checkmark under "Enable" and "Include in Parent Object"
5. Repeat the same for field "Primary Industry"
6. Click Publish button on top right. This will prompt for a scheduled job.
7. Wait for the job to finish. Monitor it either in the monitor tab (just above setup) or by going to "Scheduled Process"
