ScanBuddy.ai is super simple to setup and use for FreshSales CRM. Follow the below instructions:
1. Click below link based on your OS type to download the app:
2. Launch the app and it is ready to use as a standalone app. (Just hit the plus button to scan a business card)
3. Go to Settings Tab and look for "I am an enterprise user" and toggle it like below
4. In Enterprise Setup area, select CRM name as "FreshSales". Put your email that you use to login to freshsales.
The host can be found using your FreshSales account. Just look into the browser and it will in the format https://yourcompany.freshsales.io

4. Make sure to hit save. No need to validate.
